Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if the blender needs a little encouragement. Bottoms up!

1 medium banana, peeled
1 mini cucumber, ends removed
1/2 C spinach leaves
1/2 C kale leaves
1/2 medium granny smith apple, core and stem removed
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp psyllium husk
1 C ice cubes
