Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9" X 13" pan.

  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar for a few minutes in a medium-sized bowl. Add the salt, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, add flour and psyllium husk and mix well.

  4. Add the flour mixture to the brown sugar mixture and mix until crumbles form.

  5. Stir in eggs one at a time.

  6. Scoop the batter into the greased pan.

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the middle is gooey but not raw.

  8. Cool completely before slicing (very important although difficult).

  9. Cut into 8-12 squares and bottoms up!

Ingredients:
  • 8 tbsp butter or vegan butter (1 stick)

  • 2 C brown sugar (packed)

  • 1/2 tsp salt 

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 

  • 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour  

  • 4 tbsp whole psyllium husk

  • 3 large eggs
