Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if the blender needs a little encouragement. Bottoms up!
Ingredients:
1 C frozen cherries
1/4 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 C raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1/2 medium banana, peeled
1/4 C kale leaves, stems removed
1/2 pack of frozen acai packs
1/2 tbsp agave (or maple syrup for the IBS gaggle)
1/4 C ice cubes
