Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if the blender needs a little encouragement. Bottoms up!

Ingredients:
  • 1 C frozen cherries

  • 1/4 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 C raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  • 1/2 medium banana, peeled

  • 1/4 C kale leaves, stems removed

  • 1/2 pack of frozen acai packs

  • 1/2 tbsp agave (or maple syrup for the IBS gaggle)

  • 1/4 C ice cubes
